Washington State Bank was originally chartered in April of 1932 in Washington, Iowa. Since then, we have grown to serve the communities and surrounding areas of Fairfield, Columbus Junction, and most recently Pella. Even through our continued growth, we are proud to be a locally owned and operated community bank.
As a locally owned and operated bank, we assist many diverse organizations, causes and school districts. We give back to our communities through volunteering, donation pledges, event sponsorships and scholarships for continued education. We encourage our staff to be involved and are proud of the dedicated service hours they continue to provide. Supporting local businesses in our communities is also important to us. Over the years we've hosted and sponsored many events promoting shopping locally.
